    • A Curriculum Vitae

    • An academic transcript covering the last two years of study

    • A portfolio with up to 5 images of recent work, each with its respective description on a separate document

    • Two signed letters of recommendation, at least one from a professor

    • Proof of acceptance to the academic program

    • Supporting documents about financial status

    1. BeMA USA scholarship is only valid for the graduate studies programs in the fields of Art, Fine Art, Art History, Museum Studies, Curation and Art Conservation at universities in the United States or Lebanon
    2. It is the responsibility of the scholar to secure visa and other travel documents.
    3. The scholar shall respect and comply with the prevailing regulations of the authorities of the host institution and of the host country.
    4. The scholar shall always act as an ambassador of BeMA USA, fostering cross- cultural dialogue and collaboration between the United States of America and Lebanon. Related to this goal, the scholar is expected to participate in activities, organized by BeMA USA and/or its partners.
    5. False or faulty information provided in the application form or during the application process shall entitle BeMA USA to withdraw the award.
